Default Question with amps/ change and a dsp

Hey all, have a question have a massive audio tx48 amp picked up last year before all the bs with the company. Was taking a look at the sd 1200.4 evo.
I have a 17 sgs with stock hu, 6.5 Mmatt 601cx 2 sets. Also a set of db wdx gs 6.5 all 4ohm. Will have the speakers set as Mmatt in upper farring db g2s in lowers and another set of Mmatts in the tour pac.
Should i add a dsp or stick with the line bt355s?
also i was going to have the radio If a dsp was added i would have the hu flashed by a shop with the rf flash..I want to keep my bags and tour pac clear. So if i should use both amps will they fit under the hood... Also should i get a set of bt speaker brackets to give more room.. Thanks for all the help with this so far..

The 1200.4 will only fit on the JM amp tray that replaces stock one. So that's first order of business.

Next, for those speakers, a 1200.4 is pretty much overkill. An 800.4 is sufficient and fits on stock tray. It would provide 100 watts to each speaker which is ample for all of them.

mmats in parallel on 1 for fairing
mmats in parallel on 2 for TP
db in stereo on 3/4 for lowers.

The BT355 will do the trick and keep things simple. DSP would provide further tuning for better overall sound and balance. If using BT355, no flash. If using DSP, find a techno research dealer on their website that can do an 8/2 flash

We all second guess our choices, but you are sitting in a pretty good place with what you already have.
If you already have the MassiveTX 48, you can go with Adentons wiring strategy and get by with one amp. Put the G2s in the lowers on channel 3 and 4 of the TX48.
You can get by without a DSP, but having a DSP is always nice for adjusting the tuning. With the factory head unit you are limited on tuning, so the DSP would help you get those G2s sounding great along with the Mmats.

I don't think I would run out and buy another amp yet. I would go with that for now, then you can see if you think you want to make any changes.
I've got a TX48 sitting on my work bench. I was looking at the SD amps as well, but planning on swapping out my Stinger with the TX48 and adding in the DSP to see where I end up. I've got the Mmats and G2's in my system as well.

Yep tailwind sent me on a path.. The amp was supposed to be a focal sport, but my hands got trashed at work and had to rethink the build a bit..
I will grab a dsp, i can not stand a speaker screamin at me.. If i pick up a second tour pac and drop 2 8s in it to finish off the build or also add 2 8s in the lowers. Who knows, just want to learn a bit and be able to pay it forward.

I would try that Massive out first. I was getting 150watts x4 clean with it.

If you're looking for a DSP, let me know. I have one for sale (ARC PSM)

My TX48 played well with the MMats. My tuner actually mentioned that they we're getting just the right amount of power from it.

Yes it does! I sold my TX48 and installed it with set of mmats 6.5 and 6x9. It pounds!

Yeah I just pulled everything out of my bike yesterday since I traded it in. Going to sell the TX48, MMats, and PRV's. Building a 2 speaker only setup for the new bike so I need to up my power and 6.5's.
