So I got a Massive TX48 bridged to 2PRV Sub 10W650A-4 1 in each bag. My entire system, (to me) sounds great. Crystal clear and is blowing all my riding associates away BUT the prv just aren't as low as I would like so I thought about changing 1 of them to a faital 10RS350 to add a little lower end to rear. Has any of you cross matched midbass/sub in the rear?

 

I don't see why it would be a problem but your tuning would need to change. I can't remember how you're wired but you'd need a separate output for the faital from dsp

 

What’s the thought process behind only swapping 1 out? How much power and what’s the tune like on the current 650’s? Those 650’s get down when they are right

 

Oh crap that's right. I'm running 1 set rca out of the dsp so yeah I would have to run another channel from the dsp. Kinda forgot about that but not a problem.

TX48 bridged is spec'd at 800w to each. Ive got about 650-700 going to each 650 right now so target on the faital 10RS350 but I have it backed off in the dsp.

 

u might want to find the massive thread. The amp is looking like its NOT puttting out the power u think it is.
