It is keeping the OP within budget and a known reliable budget starter system.

If you want more volume in the front these will fit in the fairing pods also

OK, so would you recommend using the Line Leveler? Is it needed?

and what do you think about the overall setup for a budget?

You've had them on your bike of heard them? I've never heard of these speakers. For that price point the are good speakers? Not cheap?

Yes sir! One of the members here has 4 of them on his bike for over a year. Can’t beat them for the price, IMO.

Babyboy's recommendation will get you closer to your budget. Haven't personally tried the kickers, but I have tried and used the Infinity Kappas in my fairing for a couple years. Didn't mind them at all.
Out of the 3 amps being bounced around, the Stinger 700, the Vadm 4, and the CV B54, they are all fairly close in price. I have not used the CV B54, but currently use the Stinger and the Vadm 4. I prefer the Stinger for 4 channel systems, but I use the Vadm 4 bridged for a pair of speaker lids. I think the Stinger would win me over in a 4 channel system over the Vadm 4. Especially if they are fairly close in price.
I haven't had a chance to use the CV B54 and haven't compared all 3 amps for out put vs distortion, so I can't comment there. Babyboy may have more input there.

Thanks for the info. He also basically recommended the Cerwin or the Stinger. I appreciate your time and input. Thank you.
