What is the cheapest and easiest way to set up my 2010 Harley so I can make and receive phone calls?

I run an older U-clear Bluetooth headset on my beanie which works not bad although I'm sure there are better units out there. No problem carrying on a conversation up to around 70mph, after that the challenge is wind noise starts to overcome the headset volume.
Factors to consider are things like windshield height and helmet style.
I run an 11" Long rider shield which definitely helps.
The Uclear runs a hidden microphone up in the liner headband which seems to work not bad. The unit on a whole would probably. Work quite well in a full face or 3/4 helmet vs a half helmet beanie style.
This unit can also be used from passenger to driver and bike to bike.
