That's not wevspot's RG in that pic. Rest assured he runs the G2s and I'm 90% sure on the window necessity.

Right. I just meant for clarification....since you were directing OP to this thread regarding cutting pods for the G2's, and there was a pic.....that the pics were showing mmats speakers and not G2's.

G2s magnet does not fit in road glide pod without cutting pod.

Thanks for all input guys. B52 is 4ohm 200×2 looks like I will be be a little short on power for dB gen2

Those DBs are sooo damn efficient that 200 watts will rip ur face off.

Those DBs are sooo damn efficient that 200 watts will rip ur face off.
I can attest to that. I have the first gen Motos in my fairing and have to work hard to keep them from drowning out the other six speakers with just 150 watts going to them. I should also mention that if you are not using a DSP to tone down the mids the more power you feed to them the harsher they will sound.
