You will have to run power and ground to the battery, a remote turn on wire from the deck to the amp, and run some speaker wire from the amp to your fairing speakers and to the bags if that is where your other speakers are.

Pretty easy to do!

is there a way to cut or grind the fairing so you can add 6.5" speakers ?

Juice

so is the output converter for older stereos or something ?

They do make a line leveler or high to low level converter normally used on stock style headunit without rca/preamp outputs.

Hope this makes sense for wireing
\\Headunit// ===(rca)====\\amp//===(speaker wire)=====\\speakers//

You will have to run speaker wire from the amp to all the speakers (4 speakers)

Ok I'll give this a shot. I run a Reckless fairing on my wife's Heritage. I'm running 4- 5.25" (4ohm) Kickers in the fairing, a set of 6x9's (4ohm) in the lids, and a 4ch amp. Left fairing speakers are paralleled to 2ohms and ran on channel 1, right fairing speakers are paralleled and are on channel 2. 6x9's are on their own channel on 3&4. 2-1.5' RCA cables go from radio to amp and speaker wires from amp to speakers. Power source for radio is ran to a fuse in the fuse panel that has switched power. Yellow wire from radio will need constant power. Additional power and ground will need to be ran for amp.

Awesome makes sense. Where did you mount the amp ? In a saddlebag ?

Amp will mount on top of the radio inside the fairing with Velcro. I'd go with these Kicker speakers, Stinger SPX700x4 amp, and the MMats 6x9 coaxial speakers.
