New build need some advice along the way.
I have read thru most threads on here and got great ideas from y'all. I am pulling the trigger on this set up based on reviews. I just need a little more input on this custom build.
Speakers:
GZ red baskets in the fairing 6.5
GZ red baskets in lowers 6.5 (thinking about going to 8in)
GZ yellow basket in the bags -debating if I want to run jefe 10/8 in each if this is an issue because they are different sizes in the same air space. Or just run single 10's .
Lids- debating GZ 7x10 or run 8in GZ red or yellow ??
Beyma sql60 or hertz st25
GZ GZCT 5000spl-b in the bags
Soundigital 1200.4.
Soundigital 800.4
Soundigital 250.2
RF DSR1
SONY XAV-AC7000
Stinger battery
Some issue I for see if I run 10/8 will I have room for speakers in the lids. I know the 8in lids pop up so they give a little more space. Also do the 7x10 sit low after the adapter. I been told to go with 2 ohm amplifiers for the 1200.4 & 800.4. I been trying to understand how to run each speaker since they are 4ohm speakers. I plan on putting the amplifiers in my tour pack. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you run 10's in the bags they will need to be sealed so not to compete with air space if running any lid speaker. Also you wont be able to hear the 10's at any speed above 50. A DD dsi-2 or jl twk88 are both better dsp's than the RF. If you are defendant in running 10's then I would run compression drivers in the lids so to hear the mids at speed. You can tune the 10's from 400 down and the CD's 400 up to cover the freq. spectrum and then you wont need to seal the 10's.
if you need highs from the rears (depending on what compression drivers you get) a set of horns will fit right next to the drivers in the lids. That's just one way as there are tons of different ways to accomplish a good setup as others will chime in.

Man I would do that VERY VERY VERY differently.
Never run a 10 in a bag with another speaker sharing the air space. Your saddlebag is a cabinet or speaker enclosure, I'd recommend something like a high output 10 in the bags paired with a compression driver or sealed back 6.5 in the lid. I would focus less on brand names and and more on pairing of speaker sizes and locations to give you the most flexibility in wiring and DSP channels for tuning......that last piece is ultimately what will get you the best sound.

Okay I took your guys advice . I'm doing 10's ground zero new yellow basket in the bags. I am doing prv horn in the bags, then the lids are 8's yellow basket with horns. I am sealing the lids off from the bags.
Question I have some folk tell me to mate the 4 yellow basket to sound digital 1200.4 amp. Two people told me to do the 2ohm amp and another installer told me to do the 4ohm 1200.4. I read on here that some people were given the speakers alot more power than the specs 200rms. So if I get the 2 ohm and bridge the amp that will be 600 watts each bridged side or 300 watts per speaker. I just dont want to blow the woofers and I dont want to under power them either.
What do you guys think??

To often around here guys jump in and just start ordering equipment without having a plan. In the long run then end up spending a lot more than they needed. the senior members here that have put together some very nice systems. It does however put some very nice gently used equipment in the Audio Classifieds.

Okay guys couple questions regarding the Dsr1, would I turn the input level switch to high since the pre-outs are 5v on the new sony 7000 or keep it on low? Then wiring the 3 amps I have would I run the 800.4 ( it runs the 4 red basket 6.5 up front) to out 1, out 2. Next run the 1200.4 (that's running my 10's, and 8's bags and lids((sealed)) to out3, out4 . Then lastly run my 400.4 ( running 2 horns and 4 tweeters) to out5, out6?
