Default 96-13 batwing bikes DSP cable

Where do guys route the cable on the older bikes? Hopefully there's a way to do it not to have to remove the fairing every time?

I went thru the clutch cable hole and put a cover on the end of the cable. Then bought another cable to plug into that one to go to the laptop.

I have a triple bag that sets on the inner fairing, I drilled a hole through both and leave the excess cable in the triple bag.

You can also use a cable extension to run it underneath the seat

I just came down the steering neck on the clutch side and put a weatherproof cap on the end.

If you go the extension route, heat shrink the coupling!
