Mmats 601CX 8 Ohm
Anyone know who might have a set or two of these on the shelf?

check with faith cycles in Conroe, they stock a good bit of the MMATS 601cx speakers

yes sir we escaped and got very fortunate, some others did not in my subdivision. We had a little over 4 foot of water on our neighborhood street

But why choose 8ohm over 4ohm when 4 ohm is more common? Yes I know the answer but, some others may not..

I'm definitely wondering as I am in a 8 ohm vs 4 ohm predicament myself for fairing and lowers

A very non technical answer for ya brother. My 1 up pack has 8 Ohm Beymas in it thus when I swap to my 2 up recliner pack I just want to grab the computer, update the tune file and roll down the road ten mins later.
I currently have the 4 ohm CXs in the recliner pack and have to pop the hood and rewire for 4 ohm ops.
Just trying to simplify the pack swap is all.
