Default Heavy breather fitment

Hi. might should have asked this in the M8 section, but it does pertain to adding lowers and speakers.

I keep seeing that the SE heavy breather or some other aftermarket "cone" style breathers will not fit bikes with lowers on that have either glove boxes or speaker pods. I'm contemplating getting this breather, and dont want it to limit me if I decide to add lowers with speakers later on, which I am also considering.

Is this the case? Will they fit? or what if any, are the modifications that have to be done to get them to work.

Thanks in advance.

A heavy breather or a forward extended air cleaner will not work with lower speaker pods unless you modify the air cleaner intake tube.

If you can figure out how much room you have for a filter, you may be able to find one that will fit here: https://www.knfilters.com/search/uni...al-air-filter/

Ahh cool. Didn't know this tool existed. I'll keep it in mind for future reference. Thanks!
