Default Rockford fosgate amp .& Wiring harness

I have a 2017 Street glide special and I bought Rockford fosgate amp x400x4 ad & the heatsink & wiring kit. The wiring directions tell me that I need to hook the purple wires up to one saddlebag to the factory speaker wiring. And do the same with a green wires on the other side. Then both the thick speaker wire to the new speakers. My problem is I don't have existing factory saddlebag wirings. . I'm wondering what to do now

What does your setup consist of? Do you have any speakers in the rear or just the fairing speakers? Stock head unit?

I'm adding Polk audio mm1 and it's never had saddlebag speakers. I'm using the stock head unit. And I'm using the Rockford fosgate wiring harness they came with my heat sink kit. And the directions and the YouTube videos say that the purple and the green wires are supposed to hook to my stock speaker harness. But I don't have a stock speaker harness for saddlebags

So if there is no harness- you have to make your own and connect it to RF wires. This kit will work "plug and play" with OEM 4 speakers no amp systems. It doesn't work with CVO (2 amp) systems and requires some custom wiring.

So make your own harness and you good to go

Okay that kind of makes sense I'm new at all this audio stuff but if I make a harness what would I run it to on the back of my factory head unit?
