Hell I have a 2016 with 2x10" Mid-Bass pushing 600 watts each and no rattles.

4 6x9s, I can stop it if I push down on top of lids. Shop here in town does competitions is also running 4 6x9s and has the same issue with a 17 road glide. He said he hasn't found a fix yet. Don't know what type of music you listen to, if I listen to jazz or old school rock no problem, when I play San quinn,Quick, Dogg Pound any song with heavy bass is when it sounds like two short dudes are in the bags fighting.

If they are in the lids, what lids are they? and the other bike, are they running the same lids?

For me, it was the lock cylinder vibrating. I removed the cylinder, wrapped it with a single wrap of cloth Tessa tape. I've found the placing placing cloth Tessa tape between wherever 2 hard surfaces meet (i.e. where a metal bracket attaches to a hard plastic surface) takes care of a lot of vibrations. It doesn't add any significant thickness, but is just enough to isolate 2 hard surfaces.
