My navigation works but I can’t HEAR the turn by turn navigation. How can I activate the volume to hear turn by turn?

 

Go to settings on the radio then speaker/headset and make sure “Prompts” are set to you speakers (or headset if you are using one) then back to settings and “Volume Setup” and you can scroll down to adjust the volume for “Prompts “

Only other way to increase volume is to use the thumb control WHILE the navigation system is actually speaking. Otherwise the volume control only changes the tuner/media volume.
