Where are you guys grounding the amp to in the batwing? I feel like I looked everywhere and I can't find anything that looks like a suitable grounding spot. Really don't want to ground it where the headunit bolts to the fairing.

From my experience with car audio I was taught to always ground it as close as possible to the amp so I don't think I need to run a ground cable all the way back to the battery. Any help is appreciated.

 

I ran mine right to the battery

 

most manufactures say for motorcycle or powersports, ground it at the battery.

If you are pulling the tank and seat to run the power wire to the battery, why not run a second one for ground?
