2 Channel Bridging Question
Finishing the install of Sony XAV-AX500, SPX700X4, and Arc Moto 602 speakers in my fairing. Currently only running two speakers so going to bridge the amp.
Question - should I bridge it using 2 Mono Outputs and the amp set to 2 Channel or run 2 Stereo Bridged outputs using Y-connectors and set to 4 channel? Same power per speaker, right?
Thanks in advance!

there is no real need to bridge that amp with those speakers. you can try it out either way and see which way sounds best, but if it were me, i would not run it bridged.

Bridging based on haze's recommendation. I bought the amp and speakers from him. He advised that the Arc Motos sound best with the higher watts.

I know it’s a video but use headphones. Arc Motos with 170 going to them.

From the specs I see that amp only puts out 125w/channel at 4ohm. I vote bridge in stereo. Just be conservative with the gains.

So how is he going to get to 170 watts with this amp @ 4ohms without bridging it?
