Got a 2019 Ultra with Wireless set up installed. Bought the HD version of the Sena 20S EVO.

I love the Apple Carplay feature which I use in my truck all the time. I can hear everything fine...it just does not responded to voice commands even when using the "talk" button on left side of bars. I've google searched this topic and find nothing...any ideas?

 

When I use it on my 2019 Street Glide Special, I have to hold the button down for a few seconds. When I do that, Siri will prompt me for a command. I usually ask for directions, about the weather, or the score in the Braves game. I hope this helps.

Also, your iPhone has to be plugged into the USB port.
