Default PRV 6.5 neo’s w ST25 in grill?

Has anyone tried this set-up using AHB’s mount kit? They sell the kit using SV165.1 and ST-25. Just curious if the PRV Neo’s will work in this application. Hate to sell the PRVs and go with SV’s but I will if I have too. I just like the clean look and don’t want to use gauge holes.... also have option to use B3’s in front of PRV’s.... decisions decisions

What year bike??
If a Rushmore and using the Biketronics speaker brackets. Get a set of hogtunes grills and mount the B3 in the grills. $40 for the grills and Call it a day.

I have been running mine like that for 2 years and have no issues at all.

Mines a 2011. I checked the hogtunes grills for my bike and they are flat. Does your year have a dish to them?

For a 2011 I would imagine the speaker adapters are deep enough to use the horn in the factory grille? I think the AHB horn mount just makes them sit more flush.

man I think you’re right after looking at there kit again. Although the Harley grills are plastic, the hog tunes just might be the ticket since they’re metal. I appreciate the discussion brother! Cheers

If u want to lean forward a bit and put some bling on ur sled hit up XBS Customs. Those 13 down wire mesh grills from hog are pretty damn flimsy for a horn. They will work but flimsy. The ones at XBS are not cheap but they will serve u well as a sturdy mount option and depending on ur taste, they could also add a lil character to your fairing.
