Made a mistake on my amp. It's an 800.4, not a 400.4 like I posted in the OP.

Thinking maybe a set of PRV 8's (8MB450-4) or something else in 4 ohm will be on my shopping list. Crescendo told me this morning they are hoping for a mid April release, but cannot confirm.

Z,
Is it the 4 ohm or 2 ohm 800.4?

What about the Ground Zero GZCK 200 SPL (yellow basket) the frequency range is 50 Hz-6 KHz they play lower then UN or PRV's... I like mine... rated at 150 rms...200-250 rms would about right for them IMO!

I thought about those. The JL bridged at 4 ohm would give 200w, so that would probably work. Quite a bit more expensive than the UN or PRV, but might have to bite the bullet.

Juice - The whole system really needs a boost below 100hz and up. In all honesty I need to install the new PA 6.5's and horns to really understand what is needed. Just was hoping to do it all at once.

the PRV 8mb450 are nice sounding speakers and your SD Evo800.4 4ohm, will drive them in stereo. they dont get as loud as the 8mb600FT, but they do sound good and are a little easier on the install. Also the amp is only stable @4ohms when bridged, so keep that in mind when you make your choice.
i'm thinking use the JL to power the front, the nano on the horns and the 800 on the lids and 8's

like Frenchie said^^^^^^

mine got better the more I threw at them,,,,,even more than 300, got to remember the Forte's are 8 ohm, so 300 from a 4 ohm amp is only like 150(each), i have a 2k monoblock amp that i played with them for a while, so ihad more than enough to send them.
