Default Boom audio replacement amp problem

I had a channel burnout on my Boom Audio Amplifier. I installed the replacement and I got the right channel back but don't really have any amplification. I plug the old amp back in and it amplifies fine but no right channel. Does the radio need to be reflashed for the new amplifier or did they give me the wrong amplifier?

The original amp is P/N: 760000277A and the replacement they gave me is P/N: 760000277B.

2016 Road Glide Special

Thanks in advance.

I called the MotorCo support line. The head unit has to be flashed. The flash is programming the amplifier
