Do you ride with a full face on, on a regular basis? I do while riding in colder temps and since my system is set up for me while riding with a half helmet, I found with my helmet on, I didnt hear the highs much or at all. The bass was muffled but the mids from my beymas in my lowers came through the loudest. I originally only had a fairing set up and it sounded good, but like you felt something was missing. I added the Beymas to my lowers and it complemented the fairing sound as well as gave me a lot more volume at speed. Sitting still, the bike sound is missing the low end but since my bike does not sit much, it is tuned for 50+ mph. and it sounds great at and above that speed.
