Default Speaker popping

Winter is winding down so I picked my scoot up from her winter storage at my local shop. This winter I had them install Infinity kappa 62.11i in the fairing, Hertz HCX 6x9 speakers in the bags and a Stinger 700 amp. It's a 2014 SGS with the stock HU.
On my way home I heard a popping sound (almost like someone snapping their fingers) from time to time. I got to my driveway and the fuse blew to the amp. I replaced the fuse, took off the outer fairing and grabbed and pulled and shook every wire I could see. It is working but I still hear the popping from time to time, only in the fairing speakers as best I can tell. Thoughts?

Ok which flash? A dealer flash or aftermarket. Details matter.

I didn't know there was a difference. I suppose I don't know, it was done at my local motorsports dealer, not a HD dealer. I'm guessing that means aftermarket?

If there are rca cables in play, switch them out and see if that takes care of the popping. That would be my starting point.

Is the amp grounded at the battery or under the fairing? Both connections should go all the way to the battery.
