so we have 2 of the 20s headsets they work fine but when listening to music and if you have it on vox intercom the vox will not work if the music is off or in between songs or in a place where the xm is not working it works not sure if I have a setting wrong or something any input will help

 

Check to make sure audio multitasking is enabled.
