Default Hogtunes Tweeter Pods

This should be an easy question for some of you to answer.

I have the Hogtunes Tweeter Pods along with the Biketronics 6.5 Titans. Do I even need to run the tweeter pods since the Titans have tweeters? I was replacing the grills and thought about this. The Hogtunes came first many years ago and was brought over from my '05.

Thank you.

I emailed Biketronics the question. Excellent customer service as always! Below is their response.

Dear Mr. Gage,

If you like the looks of the tweeter pod then keep it. If you are running an amp, I would not power the tweeter pod using amp power but rather head unit power.
You can hook it up and see if you need the extra high-end (usually you dont.) You can even hook it up "out of phase" with the 6.5's and it will work to snub out the high end...
Thanks for your support and let me know what you end up doing.

Kind Regards,
