Thanks Sbates that answers a nagging question I had about the quality of the boom stock speakers
Also reading that I need an inline tuner or to have the stereo flashed due to signal, accurate?
So leads me back to suggestions for brands/models that I should use (or stay away from) other than RF.

this is what you need you can power up to 8 speakers if you like

After looking at the spec sheet on that amp, 4x70@4ohm wont be enough to power 4 coax speakers let alone 8 unless I am overlooking something on the spec sheet. It might be enough for 4 pa style very efficient (96+sensitivity) and that is at best efficient but you will be pushing it to the max.

Ok guys...reworked this and upped the budget a little because I figure it is a good idea to do this all at once instead of taking the fairing off multiple times.
BT4180 1440 W 4 channel amp
BT LL
Focal K2 Power 165KRC in fairing
Focal K2 Power 165KRC in lower fairing (running right in parallel and left in parallel between batwing and lower)
so that means I am adding the lower fairing and replacing speaker lids with aftermarket, going with coax rather than component but reduce the need to add an eq and extra horn amp.
4 speakers in front, 2 in back, and shouldn't draw too hard on the amp or mess with electrical.
Should be able to manage with the parallel and not increase the resistance out of range
Thoughts on this?
