Sorry for the late reply,I removed the card from the box and placed it 45 degrees into the rectangular box on either side of the radio. They must be placed at 45 degrees and held with wires. It was not easy but with a lot of patience, I succeed. It must be checked that no component rub against the boxes.

I took some pictures but given the lack of clarity, it is difficult to see properly.
What should be done in the place where there is a risk of rubbing is to place pieces of rubber with an adhesive side and land the crossover tightly on the rubber. Just for your information, I have a TM400X4ad RF amplifier, a DSR1 and crossover in the fairing. Also I have a small box that contains a circuit to eliminate "Pop" when powering up.

Hi Jawain,
I am please to help you. Sorry for the response delay but I was at wotk. I bought the DSR1 in Montreal area (Canada). My radio has been flash by a RF tech. As for the programing of the DSR1, you have to play with it to learn how it work. It is a powerfulll unit and I am glad that I bought one. Without it, the sound was not up to what I was expect. Maybe because the amplifier is not enough powerfull for these speakers. But with the DSR1, you can boost some frequency and then, acheived a very very good result. There is no name for the box because I have done it. It is a elctronic circuit with a timer 555, capacitor and resistors. I think you can buy such circuit on web.
