Personally if I were starting from scratch and had a reasonably high budget and no PA stuff. I would be fairly confident in either Hertz ML 1650.3s or DD AW6.5s paired with a good tweet(take your pick there are several) in the fairing. The Hertz MPX 690.3 in the lids(I'm assuming that's where the 6x9s are going to reside) and the Focal FDP Sport to power it all. The other power consideration might be an XD 600/6 and a micro amp on the 6x9s. The by nines may be a little underpowered by the micro amp but I think it would be doable.
