Well, it looks like a perfect fit... except I don't see how to secure it. No bracket included, a couple of small extension feet but nothing that lines up to the holes I got..... wow, complicated installation! Three beards, at least for me.

I got it. I drill new holes into the stock plate, right? Secure with sheet metal screws...

I would find a way to hold it in place and test fit the fairing first. You may find that your brackets may need adjusting.

You may want to check clearance between the woofer and tweeter. It looks like those aren't Hogtunes grills.

My first attempt at modifying my system was the same stressful learning curve. Keep your patience, and keep looking at others installs. Now I could rip my system out and reinstall in 30 min, its good your trying yourself, and there is lots of help here.

To mount the amp to the tray, use heavy duty velcro (available at Lowes or Home depot)

Most everyone uses that to mount to the trays. Once placed, they don't move.

Put the feet on the amp. Set the amp in place as far back as you can and drill 1/8 holes for the feet. Use #8 sheet metal screws and it is set. Double sided tape or Velcro on the outer side of the speaker brackets for the crossovers should work at an angle under the speaker. Then secure it with zip ties and should be good to start wiring it. DSM's setup will work too as he was typing at the same time lol.
