Default rushmore radio removal

Hi...how hard is it to remove the radio on the rushmore street glides? My neighbor is going to "let his go back to the bank" an asked me if I wanted the touch screen radio...I'd have to swap it with my standard radio in my '14.

Pretty straight forward. About an hour job give or take. Remove the top tray and there’s 4 bolts holding the radio in.

I'm not sure which is worse, your buddy stripping parts off a bike that it came with because he can't pay for it or you agreeing to do it. Pretty lame in my opinion. Not much integrity involved that's for sure.

He feels they hosed him on the deal...especially the interest rate an fees. He's tried to get it refinanced after 18 months of on time payments an they won't do anything. I'm not gonna do it but was tempted. I kinda felt his pain but now I guess he just bought too much bike. I bought my street glide used with 40K on it to get a payment I could live with.
