I have that same set up in my fairing and run the Beyma Pro6.5 in the lowers. They compliment the set up and produce great vocals at 70+!

Yes they are, You will need to grind the tabs down and put a 1/4 -1/2 inch spacer ring in but, it didnt take long for me to do it and the results have been great. I rode a lot of long rides this year and the sound that they produce at speed is great. I will admit, they do not produce much bass but they do punch or hit pretty hard! Sitting still, the system sounds like it is missing more bass but, my effort for a 4 speaker set up was to produce a great sound while riding and I think this setup meets my expectations. I will probably add more in the future but, for now, it is a solid sounding system. Oh and yes 4 ohm. Also, while setting them up, I found that if you put more power to the lowers where they stand out a bit over the fairing, at speed (starting over 40mph) they will blend in great. Not much but a hair over the fairing setup.
