I am trying to update the infotainment system on my 2018 Electra Glide. I downloaded the appropriate file, used a USB that was big enough, and ensured it was formatted correctly. I also opened the download and moved the ISO to the USB. It recognized the file, started updating and it has been stuck here for the past 30 minutes. Any thoughts on what is going on? I've even turned the bike off completely and this screen remains up.
