Cheapest place to buy arc moto 602 speakers?

Not sure. WoofersEtc.com has them $10 cheaper... but Arc Audio states they will only honor the warranty if purchased directly from Arc. Have a disclaimer on their site.
I burned one 602 up, my fault dumb error and Arc sent me a free replacement. Something to consider
