No Map software on new Boombox
Heres the rundown. Went 3,000 miles in June and ended up in a hailstorm in Colorado. Beat the snot out of my seat, controls, and got water in the 6.5 head unit.. Got insurance to do their deed but the head unit was flashed at the dealer and has no maps nor does it have any map software or even the dealer database. Dealer says I dunno, Harley say I dunno. Anybody here have a clue who should know where the hell my software and maps should be. I have learned it's a standard on the 6.5 so it should have at least the software to run it. But no one knows who is responsible to load it. I do know it's a service unit a dealer orders as a replacement 76000076C , I do have a compass on the Nav screen 😂

Dealer said bring it in we will get to the bottom of this. After they made several calls their Maps and infotainment guy Tech. Hooked up his laptop and realized the radio was a new returned unit, so he did a simple factory default reset and it's in business. Odd how no one knew if the compass shows. It needs a factory reset. They do now.... oh and it was free.... at the dealer..
