Not sure if Audio is the right place for this but here goes. I had / have 2 Zumo 660's with the HD Navigation Interface Module installed - wife's 2013 Street Glide and my 2010 Limited (traded it in for a 2018 Limited a few months ago.

My Zumo "voice" would stop working over the internal radio on some occasions when I used a headset, when this happened I got a lot of static. However, when I switched the fairing speakers to on rather than the headset the nav voice was there. Also was / is ok in the car mount. With the purchase of the 2018 I'm not currently using the Zumo so I figured I'd just let the issue go.

But now it's happening with my wife's Street Glide. Using the headset she says the nav voice is there but is so faint she can't hear it. When she switched to the fairing speakers all is good. I've tried her 660 in the car mount and it never fails.

Seems to an issue with the NIM - anyone else experience this?
