Default Rain cover fitment

i have the scoche hdws1b rain cover.
looks great in place and is exactly what I wanted but does not stay put while riding.
have not heard back from scoche and crutchfield can’t/won’t do anything.
anyone have similar issues and is there a fix.
i tried a thin elastic under the oring but it’s then too tight.

Heat it up with a heat gun and put a warp in the top and bottom long sections, basically pinch it. If you're not familiar with heat guns or not really good with making modifications don't bother bc you'll screw it up and blame me. It's otherwise a very simple fix if you heat and adjust slowly.
