I think Lou was referring to the Sound Digital amp and he's right. They sound much better with a DSR1 or the PSM but for the purpose the OP was going to use it for. All he needs is the standard cross over @ 80HZ. He just wants his system louder and retain his FM radio. The SD amp will do that. Again, The Hogtune speakers that Zerk is using would still be suspect with any amp that produces over 100 watts. Just so you guys know. I blew every Hogtune, Boom and JM speaker I ever had. LOL!! They don't take much power. The common denominator is they are all 2 ohm speakers designed to play with weak amps integrated into a so called "Plug and Play" system. That said. If you use almost any aftermarket amp on any of those speakers, The magic smoke is just around the corner!
