Default 2017 Road Glide stereo sounds different when running

Hello, I have a Jl Mx 500/4 amp pushing 2- 6.5 hertz coaxials, 2- 6x9 69fs, 2- VO B3s, also have a PSM, with stock head unit. Been messing around with PSM have it sounding pretty good, was wondering does the stock head unit have some type of dampener that turns on when the bike is running? I know between the motor and the pipes it drowns out some of the sound but it seems like the SQ goes down dramatically after the motor is running. Could be just me being to critical with the sound. Thanks

The radio has a different internal eq setting for running vs parked. Tune it running with avc off.

I tune all my installs with the motor running, revs at about 3500.

I did it once to test if there was an EQ difference between key-on and engine-running.

Actually I did do a tune with the motor running got it sounding better, went with a more aggressive tune, hopefully speakers won't be smoking after a few hundred miles.
