Default Boom Audio Amp & Speaker Sound Quality

I recently had a Harley Boom Audio amp and Stage 2 speakers installed in my 2017 Roadglide Special with the 6.5GT. I have noticed while riding on the highway with the sound turned up that the audio quality seems to 'wash-out' .. in other words certain frequencies seem to fade in and out and sound levels don't remain constant. The components were installed by my local dealer. Does anyone have any ideas on what's causing this? Thank you.

Inferior boom audio products cause the majority of the issues

They are designed to sound good in the showroom and suck in the real life operations on the road

I appreciate the response but what I'm asking is if anyone knows of a fix for this problem short of removing these components and tossing them.

Look a little ways down the page there is a thread call Stereo sounds better in acc. Read that one, it has the type of answer your looking for I think. Ultimately, there ARE ways around your issue.
