It sounds very good. I am happy with it for the price I paid. Just FYI, if you decide to buy a new kit. I went through pacific audio, an online authorized retailer of RF. I was able to use a coupon code since it was my first time ordering through them and saved a crazy amount - like 25 or 30 percent if I recall correctly. It is extremely loud and clear. I had to turn the radio down several times with the cruise set at 80(ish) on the way home from Sturgis this year. I don't regret it one bit.

I had the flash done by an authorized RF dealer, who has the equipment an expertise to do it properly. I had them install your same setup, plus the lid 6x9's. All great until you start riding, then it all goes away. Zero mid bass or bass. Can't even hear the lid speakers. I am happy that this system is louder than the Boom II that I wasted money on, but it's still not that great.
