It's not rocket science, but this can explain it far better than I:

That is a good write-up to get us started, I have read it numerous times over the last couple of weeks and always pick up on a new point or two. It takes time and effort to learn how to use these things I enjoy the whole process certainly more fun than tweaking x-overs on an amp and setting a limited eq on a HU. My thoughts as I travel down this long and windy road.

A short follow up. You are limited on the EQ up to 10 kHz, from there you have to use LPF and slope. This really isn't a big deal in the gig scheme of things. I would like to have seperate slope adjustment for HPF and LPF for the six channels I am running in band pass. The mute and trim functions are extremely usefull while tuning. So far alot of fun once my next set of 8's arrive I can really drill down.

I am picking up floor noise from my LED brake light, I need to try different ground locations. The noise is only present or at least audible with the DSR in the loop.

Can you please tell me how you determined what is causing the floor noise, and any suggestions for solving it? I am having a similar issue.

Ur floor noise is inherent with the ARC PSM.

Gain v master gain v output v EQ.

High level into the ARC has also been know to mitigate it a bit.

At very low volume I happened to pull my front brake lever and heard it thru my system.

It could be a factor as well but I don't know much about the DSR. If the things mentioned above are not in sync then the DSR could very well be the culprit.
I'm no DSP expert and throwing darts here but based on what I have seen in the DSP world is a simple scenario where the amp gains are high and the DSP is having to pull everything down or vice versa where the amp gains are too low and DSP is working too hard. Find a balance seems to mitigate some of the exposure.
