Hi SOFTPETER! Can you share your experience with this new AXXESS LLC? Are you running one? How does it performs in comparison to the BT355? Is it easy to install? Thanks brother.

T did you end up installing one? What's so bad about it? I spoke with Jeff at their tech support helpline and was told they work exactly as the BT355. He guaranteed me it will work for my application.

 

I don't want to speak for T, but the specs say it only takes 80 watts rms..on a bike you need an amp with at least 100 rms and up... preferably 150 rms and up!

 

Thanks for commenting Mike, that was one of my concerns. When I brought it up to their tech support guy, he explained the 80-watt max output applies to the head unit output, not the amp. Being the Boom Infotainment delivers 25 watt per channel, the Axxess LLC should work fine.

 

I have never had to use a LLC, since I have an aftermarket HU, so that makes sense, since the line leveler is hooked up between the HU and amp..as far as I understand the set up!

 

I thought the BT355 was not just a LOC but to undo HD's weird equalization? I dont see any of that info in the Axxess documentation.
