Any idea when the average arrival time is for everyone?
Its about 400 miles for me, taking all back roads. If plans go right I should be there around 5 or 6 Thursday evening.
I'm assuming everyone is just meeting at your house and deciding from there on plans?
If all goes as planned I will be at the hotel between 3 and 6pm on Thursday depending on morning rush hour out of the Chicago area and route we may take.
Havent decided if we are going to jump on the BIG road and beat feet or backroad it.
Motomike was planning on arriving on Thursday also along with possibly a few others that evening.

im leavin here fri morn sometime, that said i mayt go to hotel first and get checked in and drop a bag, then head to the ranch
Glad to here the roads are getting decontaminated.
Any idea on a bike/head count for this shindig yet??
I know of 8 and possibly 10 bikes so far.
The time is creeping up fast and getting anxious to get the hell out of town for a few days to see some old friends and hopefully meet some new as long as everything on the punkin holds together.

im Leaving Friday morning as well hoping to be there between 11-12.

We can plan this out as we get closer and more people chime in. You are welcome to come to my place or the hotel, whatever works best for everyone is good with me. I think I will work Thursday morning for a little while, but not very long.

I'm a Thursday arrival as well. I'd say 3-6pm arrival, depending what time I can get Scotts dead *** out of bed and on the road. For the Milwaukee run, I wanted to leave at 5.00am. He was so happy when my bike didn't start. He wanted to wait till it got warmer out.
