Default Arc PSM help needed

I have hooked up 2 PSM's and used two different laptops and I cannot get the device software to pull up??

Are you using the same usb cable? A bad connection there would explain it.

I'm assuming these same laptops worked on a PSM at a previous date?

Could be one of two issues.

1). There is a known weakness in the usb cable connection on the PSM itself.

2). There are computer compatibility issues with the ARC software. Needs to be fairly current operating systems.

If u think it's the USB, Call ARC as they have a process in place for u to send it to them for repairs.

Haze got me fixed up. Had to go to the Arc website and download the software. Thanks for responding

That was going to be my question. Have you downloaded the software yet. Glad you got it figured out.
