8gauge power and ground run both all the way to the battery and an in-line fuse

You'll need 8ga for power and ground. 6ft of each. You can find it at an audio shop, radio shack, or a local CB shop.

I miss radio shack. Been gone a couple years now in WI

yes but there is a 3rd wire right? For switched power? These 8gauge fit under the tank?

Yes those will fit in the wire tray underneath the tank. If your using the stock HU you'll tap into the orange wire on your headlight harness (it's on the end by the plug and it's not attached to anything). That will go to the remote on the amp. You'll need a 60amp in-line fuse to go in the power lead from the battery to the amp and some 16ga speaker wire.

Those are the older Kappas but they should work fine.

With the help of the guys here I installed the b52 and the kappas in my 2015 sgs. Haven’t been able to ride much because of the snow, but the short ride I did take I was happy with my set up. I didn’t have to go to much past half volume to hear wereing my full face.
