Default Best lower speakers

I just recently bought lowers for my 17 rgs and am looking to get speakers for them. I currently am running AD CX 62's in the fairing and DD VO 6x9's in my lids that I got from Haze. Those are being pushed by two RF TM400X2AD's. If running the fairing and lowers in parallel is an issue due to DB sensitivity then getting a four channel amp like the FDP sport is not an issue. Thanks in advance for the help.

mmats pa601's,,,,,you can get them in 4 or 8 ohm.
your amp should be ok to run the fairings and the lowers @ 2 ohms, if you get the 601.4.
i just checked the AD website, but it didn't say if your speaks are 4 ohm, but if they are, you are good to go parallel...i'd try it that way first and see if it's loud enough,,,,,if not get more amp.
m
who's lowers and speaker box did you get,,,,i just got some factory lowers and boxs and the grill bases will either need to be trimmed some to fit flush in the hole, or some sort of 1/4 inch spacer made up, just to let you know if you got HD stuff.

Not sure on the SPL. There isn't any info on the website. I went ahead and ordered the FDP Sport so I would have more options.

Well that sucks!!! How the hell does a "premier" audio company sell shix with no readily available published specs?!?!?! Until u decide what ur gonna parallel those with ur gonna need the SPL and the speaker in the lowers should be within 2 digits SPL of the ADs, as a very broad based rule of thumb.

I have a feeling they will be mid 90s so keep an eye on Resilient Sounds RS 6M as they are in the mid 90s with a freq range if 85-16000 for only a woofer.

Other options once u figure out the specs.

If you like the AD cx 62's in the fairings, you could use them in the lowers also. Since they will have same specs...easy to wire them in parallel for a solid front stage off the RF amp at 200 rms at 2 ohm.

Since you've already ordered the Focal to run the fairing and lowers, I'd add the PRV neos in the lowers and do the work necessary to make them fit.

If I read OP's post no Focal Sport yet...just considered buying one if needed... that's why I recommended running the AD's! Now if he is up for buying the Focal sport and kept one of the RF's... a PA would be the way to go! I could be wrong but that's what I thought he was asking... a speaker to run with what he already has??

According to his post it's on the way.
Just to clarify, your still going to use one RF amp to push the lids correct??
