I have an extra razor 2000d amp on hand since I switched it out to a SS TN4.900d. Could I use the razor amp to run two DDw8's in the bags? I currently have the sony XAV-AX100 HU, MMats in the lowers, and ADCX 621s in the fairing. I would like a little more R&B/Hiphop bass while parked.

You could but you won't get everything those speakers can handle in the lower freqs. It would work, and if you have it then go for it and you can always upgrade the amp down the road. That would really round out your system well!
