Just got my speakers today. Thanks to Alex from baggeraudiolab! My questions are:
1) Do the speakers hook right up to the bk pod eliminators?
2) with the hog-tunes speaker grills how does the bracket hold these in?

scoob the BT brackets are pre drilled for 6.5 they’LL Line right up. For the tweeters use a 1 3/4 hole saw and some black silicone to hold them in place.
BLACK!!!! for sure. No matter what you do, you'll see a little bit of it and the clear is very visible. Lesson I learned the hard way. Good call Alex.

Just don't drill the initial grill hole too big. U want that damn tweet to slide in nice and snug using the silicone as an additional securing measure. Us dremmel to fine tune the size of the grill hole. If u take the time to get some grill cloth it really cleans up the finished look.
Rather than use silicone, I flattened out the clip for the back of the tweet. This made the clip longer and the screw holds them nice and snug. One other small tip is I took a black sharpie to the wires on the tweeter. I didn't want to see the red wire thru the grills, and this seemed to do the trick. I used a 1 7/8" hole saw and it worked perfect. Put a layer of masking tape on the front so you can draw some lines to find the exact center. Clamp it down well, run the saw in reverse and go sloooowww.
