I've never met the OP or have I been a customer, but he is one of the most knowledgeable guys on this forum. Additionally, he's been kicking *** in the comp world and making great strides in his abilities and business. I don't know where you get your info, but you may want to investigate it a little further before blasting his cred.

Just got it mounted in my cvo limited, driving 4 EC165 K2 Focal speakers.

 

Nice. How does it sound? I really liked those speakers when i had them in my fairing.

Kojak, did you remove the stock amp? I have a stock amp in my bag, and would like to recover that space. I have 8 speakers on my stock set up, not sure what the CVO limited set up was. Do you mind sharing a little more information on stock and what you did with the install?

 

If you have 8 speakers you need two amps, I'm guessing one set is in your lids and if so then it's a different speaker size than the rest and should have it's own channel on an amp. You should only wire the same speakers together.
