Ditto! Anyone want to buy RF TM400x2ad? Gonna have to unload this amp so I can get the Focal amp!

Question for Alex or one of the sound guru's here... I'd like to use this amp to run my MMat PA601.4's and the tweeters from Jarz Products. http://jarzproducts.com/index.php?id...roller=product Tweeter are 4ohm 150w. I'd run the Mmats on 2 channels and the tweeters on the other two channels. Any thing wrong with doing it this way? Right now I'm running the TM400x2ad to a passive crossover then to the Mmats and tweeters. With this amp I'd be able to get rid of the passive crossovers, correct?

Total overkill brother. I wouldn't spend my bread on such an expensive amp when you don't need that much power. Even with the tweeters being rated at 150w, it's highly unlikely that they can take or sound good with that much power. The MMats sound good around 120watts, 150 tops. You could save come cash and go with the Arc amp and have the power you need.

Now for everyone else I'm thinking of running a group purchase next week. Hit me up if you are interested.

Thanks Alex! You just saved me over $800!
Next question... what would be good passive crossovers for my current set-up as I stated previously. I'm currently using the crossovers that came with the Polk Audio MM6502 component speakers I just removed. I'll be selling those speakers and will need to ship the crossovers with them when/if they sell. I'm not very educated when it comes to crossover/components speaker set-ups so looking for advise on how to run the Matts with the 2 channel RF TM400 and the Jarz Tweeters.

You would need the tweet specs but a bi polar capacitor in the correct size will be fine. Likely somewhere between 3-5 micro farad. Really you could call Jarz and see if they have caps or what they advise.

Just called Jarz. Great guy and gave me a lot of good info. The Jarz tweeter pods actually came with capacitors on the wire harness (which I didn't use). I'm going to remove the Polk Audio crossovers and wire their harness with the capacitor between the Mmats and the tweeters.
