Started the install of my Aquatic AV tonight and find this...


Guses I'm off to Lowes after work tomorrow...
What was a 20 thousand dollar bike with 2 cent brackets..
I saw the repair kits online but I think I'll fab one and save the wait.

That'd be easiest, but I don't have a welder.

I'd put a kit in it, but a week for the thing to get here.

I was in Southern Oregon when I joined.
Had to temporarily relocate to Utard to be closer to ailing family.

Thanks though.
I'm sure some L brackets will work. I'll shape em up on the bench grinder

uncle fuzzy.. clean both sides of the bracket of paint, etc. so bare metal.. and use jb weld on it. After that dries it will be the strongest point of that shitty bracket HD used on these bikes.
