No it's not used as an antennae. I don't use the FM and the CB has been long gone. These are just to cover the studs.

Hey Andy, thanks. This is also a great idea. Not sure if it will work on my TP or not, but will certainly look when I get home. Looked at that PN and it shows they come in a bag of 10 so just throw a couple of your extras in for September!!! Kidding but I sure hope you can make it.

Any hardware store has these ................ it what I use to cover the CB stud on my tourpak and I have an orange one on Pumpkin's antenna end!

Glad u guys aren't those weirdos that want great speakers and then wants to keep fm radio. Makes no damn sense.

Once I evolve into an amp that allows me to have FM, I for one, will certainly be using FM. I love to listen to baseball games and NPR. Well then there is the regular music stations too.
